In crime No.47/2019 for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Akluj police station, Taluka Malshiras, District Solapur, the applicants are seeking pre­arrest bail. 3.

Apart from the cross complaint resulting into registration of crime No.48/18 for offence punishable under sections 324, 323, 452, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code,

2 920) aba575-19.doc no specific role is attributed to the applicants. The son of applicant No.1 had filed the said complaint resulting into registration of crime on cross complaint.

There are no criminal antecedents. In view thereof, the application is allowed. Hence the order :­ i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.47/2019 for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Akluj police station, Taluka Malshiras, District Solapur, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/­ each with one or more sureties each in the like amount;

ii) The applicants shall attend the Investigating officer on 11th, 13th and 15 of March, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed;

iii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The applicants shall co­operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
