Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is settled before the trial Court and decided on 20.9.2011. he produces a print out of the case status of the case i.e., MCA No.44 of 2008. In view of this, the learned Counsel submits that this Civil Revision Application has become infructuous.
