3] This application is preferred by the claimant for restoration of Civil Application No.1491 of 2014 which was dismissed in view of the conditional order dated 4th March 2015 for non payment of

YBG caf1213­15 Bhatta charges.

4] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant undertakes to pay bhatta charges within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

5] Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order:- (a) Time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the order dated 4th March 2015 passed by this court; (b) Civil Application No.1491 of 2015 is restored to file; (c) Civil application is disposed of.
