4] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant undertakes to pay bhatta charges within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.
5] Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order:- (a) Time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the order dated 4th March 2015 passed by this court; (b) Civil Application No.1491 of 2015 is restored to file; (c) Civil application is disposed of.
