The petitioners original-defendants are challenging the judgment and orders passed by the Courts below granting injunction against the petitioners restraining them from disturbing the plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. The order of injunction is in force against the petitioners since 6 October 2017. Hence, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed. 2.

However, all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. 3.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned orders. 4.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
