Mr. Bidkar, learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that inadvertently he has mentioned that Accused Nos. 2 to 6 having same role were subsequently released on bail by the learned Trial Court by Order dated 10th November 2023, after a learned Single Judge allowed withdrawal of the Bail Application filed by the present Applicant by Order dated 18th August 2023. He submitted that Order in case of Accused Nos. 2 to 6 has been passed on 16 th December 2022. However, he submitted that the Applicant is young woman having a child aged 13 months and therefore entitled for bail.
