The Petitioner seems to have made certain complaints against Respondent Nos. 8 to 11 to the Authorities and is now seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the superior authorities to take action against these Respondents based on the report. by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

In the Petition, we find no particulars as to who the Petitioner is except stating that the Petitioner is a complainant. Courts have to be on guard that it's process is not abused for personal ends.

rsk 2 38-WP-11746-22.doc While we do not recognize any special locus in the petitioner, we note that communication dated 24 December 2020 is already issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Kolhapur to Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Hatkanagale in respect of certain audit reports and information has been called for. Since the Chief Executive officer, Zilla Parishad Kolhapur has already taken cognizance of the complaint and has put the process in motion, we do not find that any further directions are required to be issued in this Writ Petition.
