By this application under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C.'), applicant-wife has sought transfer of Marriage Petition No. 4 of 2015 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Family Court at Kolhapur. Mr.Mane submitted that respondent has no objection for allowing the application. 4.

In view thereof, by consent of the parties, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs. Marriage Petition No. 4 of 2015 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune is transferred to the Family Court at 1/2
