DATED : 3rd APRIL 2023 P.C:- The learned counsel for the appellant state that the division bench of this court in criminal writ petition no. 114 of 2018 has quashed and set aside, the FIR registered vide Crime No. 277 of 2017 with Phaltan City Police station, which had invoked the provisions of IPC as well as Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The said order dated 29/03/2022 is taken on record.
