After this writ petition was argued for some time and the affidavit in reply and the rejoinder being noticed, Mr. A.S. Rao, on taking instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of the City of Solapur and request for his intervention in seeking the building permission.
