The Respondent No.5 is directed to decide the proposal dated 31 January 2012 whereby his approval has been sought to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Part-time Librarian in Respondent No.7 - school, in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
