It is informed by Mr. Kumbhar, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, that during the pendency of the petition enquiry proceedings have been concluded and the punishment of dismissal from service has been imposed against the Petitioner. In view of the development as pointed out, the petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.

It would be open for the Petitioner to raise challenge to the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority by adopting the remedy available in law and the contentions raised in the instant petition are specifically kept open for consideration by the Appellate Authority.
