The Learned Counsel Mr. Dalvi appearing for the Respondent No.1(c) states that the Suit in question being Regular Civil Suit No.70 of 1975 has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner on 10­12­2014. in view of the Suit being decreed in favour of the Petitioners, there is now no warrant to consider the challenge raised in the above Petition.
