Heard Mr. Vaibhav Gaikwad, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Jay Prakash Kapre, learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application for extension of time for filing paper book as per the order dated 18.11.2013. By that order, the appellant was directed to file private paper book within one year failing which Appeal was to stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

Mr. Gaikwad assures that within four weeks from today he will file private

2/2 CAS/547/2015 paper book and serve copy in advance on the other side. In view thereof, time stipulated in the order dated 18.11.2013 is extended by four weeks from today.

The applicants shall file private paper book within that period and serve copy in advance on the other side.

Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Second Appeal No.328 of 2013 is restored to the file of this Court.
