Rule. Returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties. 2.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition by permitting the Management (for the Petitioner) to move a proposal for absorption considering the case of the Petitioner being surplus. The Management by communication dated 7­7­2012 already intimated the same to Respondent No.2 and as stated has not decided till this date. Therefore, to avoid further delay, by keeping all points open, we direct the Management to submit a fresh proposal within two weeks and Respondent No.2 to decide the same as Uday P. Kambli 1/2
