This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 17/11/2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vaduj in R.C.C. No. 91 of 2014 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 23 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the application, delay of 23 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
