With a delay of 1 year and 29 days, the other applicants have filed this Civil application to bring the third applicant's legal representatives on record. Besides that, the applicants have sought the Court to condone the delay and set aside the abatement, as the applicant's aver, if any. All these reliefs have been sought in one Civil Application.

As a result, the delay of 1 year and 30 days stands condone and the abatement set aside. The legal heirs of the third applicant are permitted to come on record.
