This Arbitration Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that since they are unable to arrive at a consensus, this Court may appoint an Arbitrator. In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri J.L. Deshpande, District Judge (Retd.), A-302, Shefalika Heights, Balwantpuram, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune-411 038, is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
