This is an application for restoration of Civil Writ Petition No. 6765 of 2021, which was dismissed for non removal of Office objections within stipulated period in pursuance of Order dated 3rd February 2022. By the said Order, the Applicants/Petitioners were directed to remove Office objections within two weeks from 3rd February 2022. As the Applicants/Petitioners did not removed Office objections within stipulated period, the self operative Order dated 3rd February 2022 came into effect and the Petition stood dismissed for non removal of the Office objections. 2.

Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Writ Petition.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). 4.
