2] It is submitted that the applicant has suffered 100% permanent disability and therefore, unable to earn anything. 3] In view thereof, applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation that is an amount of Rs.8,00,000/-, subject to furnishing of the usual undertaking. 4] Application is disposed off.
