The two authorities have concurrently held that registration is required to be granted to the respondent no.1 society. The registration has already been effected and respondent no.1 society is said to be functioning since last 1 1⁄2 years or thereabouts. Further, there are concurrent findings of fact that by registration of Respondent no.1 society, co­operative principles will not be sacrificed nor will there be any unhealthy competition. There is no perversity demonstrated in the recording of such findings of fact. Therefore, no case is made out to interfere with the impugned orders in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. This petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. (M.S. SONAK, J.)
