P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition No.7571 of 2021 which was dismissed for non-compliance of conditional Order dated 3rd February, 2022 by the Applicant.

The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Mr. Gite, learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 opposed the Application. His opposition is recorded only for its rejection, 1/2

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient grounds are made out for restoration of Petition. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Petitioners are directed to remove office objections, if not removed earlier within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that, if the Petitioners fail to remove the office objections within stipulated period, Writ Petition shall stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
