Heard Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Prashant Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1A to 1C.

There is delay in filing the Civil Application. Mr. Suryavanshi strongly opposes the application. Although the delay is considerable, the Applicant has set out valid reasons.
