This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole appellant on record who is stated to have died on 14th December, 2022. True copy of the death certificate issued by Sub-Registrar (Birth and death) Municipal Corporation, Solapur is filed on record. The application is within limitation.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel that right to prosecute the appeal survives to the legal representatives of the deceased and, therefore, they are required to be impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant.
