Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 after taking instructions from the employer submits that the employer shall allow the workers to join work as per the undertaking given by the Petitioner-Union as per order dated 23rd February, 2022 and undertaking dated 26th February, 2022 without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. It is made clear that the undertaking given by the Petitioner-Union shall bind the workers who will be taken back to the work. In view of the above statement, no further order is required.

This court is thankful to Mr.Kulkarni for his co-operation. It is made clear that the workers shall report to duty from tomorrow onwards.
