Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant has filed the additional affidavit dated 28.08.2019. Same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Respondent No.1 society has been d-eregistered u/s.21 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 by order dated 29.03.2016.

In view of these facts, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to delete the name of Respondent No.2 from the array of the Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

101.19-cao.odt parties in Civil Application and Review Petition.

Same is permitted.

Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.

By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 8 days delay in filing the Review Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Delay in filing the Review Petition is condoned.

b.

The Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.2 from the array of the Civil Application and Review Petition during the course of the day.

c.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d.

No order as to costs.
