This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of Appellant No.2 Dhudumabi Ibrahim Shaikh on record. Smt. Dhudumabi died on 25.04.2017. In fact, Appellant No.1, who is the husband of the deceased Appellant No.2, is already on record. The record further discloses that when the appeal was filed, in the title clause, Appellant No. 2(a) Mahamud Ibrahim Shaikh is shown to be the legal heir of Appellant No.2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that this is an application just to put the record straight. Having regard the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants and the fact that the legal representative of Appellant no.2 is already on record, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 3.

Necessary endorsement about the legal representative of Appellant No.2 shall be made on the appeal memo within one week. 4.
