For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

The petitioner is permitted to bring the LRs of respondent No.1 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks and amended copies of the petition be furnished in the Registry.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents, returnable on 17th March, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve newly impleaded respondents by private service and file affidavit of service.

8.

If the amendment is not carried out and amended copies of the petition are not furnished in the Registry within a period of two weeks, the petition itself shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 9.
