The decision regarding grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher in 100% grant-in-aid class has not been taken by the Administrative Officer-Respondent No.5 in this Petition.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.5, on instructions, has made a statement before us that on the proposal dated 25th September, 2017, the decision shall be taken by the Administrative Officer within a period of eight weeks from today. The petitioner to appear before the Administrative Officer on 23rd March, 2020.

Respondent No.6-Head Master shall also depute a person to appear before the Administrative Officer on the said date along with the concerned record.

The Administrative Officer shall thereafter within eight weeks pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 6.

The Petition stands disposed of.
