Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction. Applicant herein is convicted by the Special Judge (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) 2012 in Special Case No. 77 of 2014 by Judgment and Order dated 30/01/2015. The delay is of 326 days.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 & 4, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 326 days is condoned.
