By this Writ Petition, the petitioners challenge the order of non-bailable warrant dated 2.2.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Khed and also the order dated 2.3.2019 refusing to cancel the order of non-bailable warrant.

None appears for respondent No.2.

This is the first date. However, in view of the limited relief sought in this petition, the petition is being disposed of at this stage itself with the following order:

ORDER

i) The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Khed on 11th March 2019 and shall make an application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant, which the learned Sessions Judge may consider. ii) Till 11th March, 2019, the accused shall not be arrested. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
