Learned counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 7 submits that the proposal seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak will be submitted to the respondent no.5 - Education Officer, within a period of 2 weeks from today. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

Upon submission of such proposal, the respondent no.5 - Education Officer to decide the said proposal in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of the receipt of the said proposal. If there are any deficiencies in the proposal, the respondent no.5 shall communicate the deficiencies to the petitioner as well as respondent nos. 6 and 7, by granting them reasonable time to cure the deficiencies.

In case the individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak is granted, the Deputy Director of Education shall issue the Shalarth ID to the petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
