No.17 of 2014 registered with Banda Police Station, District Sindhudurg for the offences punishable under sections 395, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 452, 354 (C) , 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 20 (3) of the Indian Arms Act.

Learned A.P.P submits that in the present case, the trial has already commenced and five witnesses have already been examined. 4.
