By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondent no.5Education Officer to decide the proposal sent by the respondent no.6Educational Institution and Head Master of the respondent no.7Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak at respondent no.7-Secondary
bdp 21-wp-3215.21.doc School within the stipulated period and for grant of individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

The learned AGP appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 5 on instruction states that the proposal sent by the respondent no.6Educational Institution and Head Master of the respondent no.7Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak at respondent no.7-Secondary School shall be decided within a period of two months from today. Statement is accepted.

The respondent no.5-Education Officer shall consider the proposal sent by the respondent no.6-Educational Institution and Head Master of the respondent no.7-Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak at respondent no.7-Secondary School and shall communicate the decision on the said proposal within a period of one week from the date of taking decision.
