This Court while dismissing the Civil Revision Application No.51 of 2005 on 27th April 2015, expedited the hearing of the Suit and fixed time limit of two (2) years.

Learned trial Judge as per his letter dated 16th August 2024 has elaborated various events and reasons for extension of the time limit. He has sought an extension for further period of two (2) years. According to learned Advocate Shri.Shelar, let there be extension for one (1) year.
