P.C. : 1] Heard Mr. Sakhare, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] According to me, there is no infirmity in the view taken by the learned Principal District Judge. Merely because the learned Trial Judge may have imposed costs, which according to the petitioner were excessive. it cannot be said that the case for transfer has been made out. Similarly, merely because some orders have been adverse to the interests of the petitioner, it is not appropriate to make allegations against the Judicial Officer and thereafter allege bias and seek transfer of proceedings.

3] In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the view taken by the learned Principal District Judge, calls for no interference. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/1
