Learned Counsel for the applicant states that on page No.4 Wakodikar 1/2

502. IA 1026-2023.doc of the aforesaid order dated 24th July, 2023, it has been inadvertently mentioned as 'accused no.6 - Deelip Kambale' instead of 'accused no.6 - Amit Shinde' in four places. Learned Counsel further submits that in 7th line on page 5, it has been mentioned as '6 - Deelip Kambale' instead of 'others and the applicant'. 3.

Accordingly, the words 'accused no.6 - Deelip Kambale' mentioned on page 4 of the order dated 24th July, 2023 be substituted with the words 'accused no.6 - Amit Shinde' and the words '6 - Deelip Kambale' mentioned in 7th line of page 5 be substituted with the words 'others and the applicant'.

The order dated 24th July, 2023 shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. Ordered accordingly. GAURI GODSE, J.
