This is an application for condonation of delay of one year and 104 days in preferring the revision application. The learned APP opposed the application on the ground that the delay is substantial and no sufficient cause for condoning the delay has been made out in the pleadings of the application. However, in view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, delay is condoned subject to the condition that the applicant shall pay the costs of Rs.4000/ to the Maharashtra State Legal Service Authority within a period of 4weeks from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
