This is an application for condonation of delay of 43 days which has occurred in filing the appeal.

It is contended by the learned Counsel for the insurer that after the judgment was delivered on 29th August 2015, st application for certified copies was immediately submitted on 1 September 2015. The certified copies of the impugned judgment and award were received by the learned Counsel for the insurer by Shailaja S.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.1 objects prayer of condonation of delay.

Respondent No.2 was ex-parte before the tribunal as is evident from paragraph no.5 of the impugned judgment and award.

As such, for reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned.

The application stands disposed of.
