Mr. Seth, learned Counsel has placed on record a copy of communication dated 24th August, 2018 addressed by Deputy Registrar, TAAS (CT) to respondent No.2. The said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. By the said communication, it is informed that the appointment of the petitioner as a full time Assistant Professor has been approved on regular basis by the University from 24th November, 2017 as per the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8626 of 2015. 2.

In this view of the matter, since the order passed by this Court is complied with, we do not wish to proceed further in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
