After this matter was argued for sometime, we requested Mr. Khairdi, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner is ready and willing to work at one of the three vacant places identified in the additional Affidavit of Respondents nos.1 to 4. The places identified are set out in para 6 and, on instructions Mr. Khairdi says that one of the Ashram Shala is situated at 156 km. from the residence of the Petitioner. On taking instructions from the Petitioner Mr. Khairdi informs the Court that the Petitioner is ready and willing to take up the posting at Madhyamik Ashram Shala, Gondavale (B), Taluka Man, District Satara. 927-WP3419-18.DOC join there as an Assistant Teacher on 1st August, 2018. When the Petitioner so reports, he should be allowed to sign the musterroll and assign the duties.

In the light of this statement made by Mr. Khairdi and the Petitioner having been accommodated at the above school by the Respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner's services shall be treated as uninterrupted/ continuous without any break. He shall be entitled to all the benefits, including arrears of salary, if any. [SMT BHARATI H.
