This application has been filed for restoring Writ Petition (Stamp) No.8672 of 2017 to the file, which was dismissed by a conditional order dated 5 th January 2018 for not taking steps for removal of office objections. The reasons for not taking steps in clearing all office objections are stated in paragraph 11 of the application.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ Petition (Stamp) No.8672 of 2017 is restored back to the file. Petitioners to take steps to clear all office objections within a period of three weeks from today.
