Learned counsel for the applicants states that all the parties are served including new Chairman of the respondent no.1. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicants are permitted to implead the current Chairman of the respondent no.1. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition shall be served upon all the respondents including the newly added Chairman of the respondent no.1 simultaneously. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
