DATE : 20 MARCH 2024 P.C. :- The grievance of the Petitioners is that there is already an order passed by the Hon'ble Minister for the Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department, Maharashtra State on 30 May 2023 in their favour which the authorities of the State are not implementing. For this reason the writ of this Court need not be issued. If in the Appeal the Hon'ble Minister has already passed an order as stated and if it is still in force, not modified and recalled, then the State will have to ensure that the orders passed in the
Appeal are implemented by all the State Authorities otherwise it would be the matter of an administrative indiscipline. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he has brought this fact to the notice of the Appellate Authority.

Therefore, we direct the Office of the Government Pleader to forward the copy of this Petition to be placed before the Hon'ble Minister/Appellate Authority and the Secretary of the concerned department so that necessary directions can be issued. 3.
The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
