No.548 of 2021 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, District Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was arrested on 14/1/2022 and was charge-sheeted. 2] The case of the prosecution speaks of consensual relationship. However, subsequently Applicant appears to have refused to marry the complainant.

3] In the aforesaid backdrop, case for bail is made out. 4] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.548 of 2021 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, District Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417 of the Indian 1/2

Till charge is framed, Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence in any manner.
