The case of the petitioner is that he has been convicted in two cases. The prayer of the petitioner is that the sentence in both the cases be made concurrent.

The learned APP has produced the report of the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, where the petitioner was lodged. The report shows that the petitioner has completed his period of imprisonment and he has been released from prison. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.
In view of the above, rule is discharged.
