Mr. Mane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Criminal Bail Application for some time seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Bail Application as the Court has shown disinclination to grant bail as the Applicant is grandfather of the victim and he is 45 years old, the victim is 8 years old, studying in 2nd Standard.

He however submits that as the Applicant is behind bar since 8th August 2022, the trial be expedited.

As the Applicant is incarcerated since 8th August 2022, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of one year.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such subject to above.
