DATED : 6th APRIL 2023 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application seeking suspension of sentence and releasing the applicant on bail, the learned counsel seek withdrawal of the application. He would however submit that the applicant is incarcerated for period of almost more than 5 years and he is sentenced to suffer 10 years of Rigorous Imprisonment and therefore, the appeal deserves to be heard finally. Since the noting reveal that the R & P is received, let the appeal be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 26/06/2023. Interim Application No. 1089/2022 is disposed off as withdrawn.
