Heard Ms. Acharya, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Bhagat, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking recall of order dated 4th December, 2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which four weeks time was granted for removal of office objection failing which registration of Second Appeal along with Civil Application was directed to be refused.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, the Second Appeal was pending for admission and none appears for the Respondents.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The Applicant to remove the office objection within a period of 12 weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
