Present writ petition is filed by husband, impugning order dated 5th January 2024 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli, below Exhibit-22 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 165 of 2024.

Learned advocates appearing for respective parties inform that during pendency of writ petition, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and tendered an affidavit incorporating the terms of said settlement 3.

As per Clause No. 2 at page No. 7 of affidavit, it is agreed that petitioner-husband will pay Rs.3,00,000/- to wife. A Demand Draft in amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is handed over to wife. As such,

904-WP - 3600 - 2024 .doc dispute between parties stands settled. Petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw writ petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
