We have briefly heard the learned Advocate for the

Petitioner and the learned Addl. GP., contradicting the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on the basis of the original records and proceedings. We grant liberty to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to have a look at the original file in the Chamber of the learned Addl. GP.

List this Petition for a hearing at admission stage on 15th January, 2025, to be called out after the fresh admissions board is over.
